Certification-
Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine certificate will be awarded on the
last day of the course after a written examination.
Affiliation- The training courses are affiliated to The Open
International University of Complimentary Medicines Sri Lanka & The Indian
Branch of World Association of Traditional Chinese Medicines, Beijing, China.
Accommodation-
The student can be provided an independent room with attached W/C at very low
price.( 20 USD per day ) Hotel accommodation ( 20- 50 USD ) can be arranged. Food- There are many restaurants Indian ,Western or Chinese, in the neighbourhood. Fees- To be paid personally on the first day of the course. Not refundable.
Letter for Visa- After confirming your admission, a letter will
be mailed to you so that you may obtain the necessary Visa. The city of Aurangabad having population of about 2 million , is an international tourist place famous for Ajanta & Ellora caves.. Indian Airlines, King Fischer & Jet Airlines fly from Mumbai & Delhi, traveling time from Mumbai being 40 minutes. Also connected to Mumbai by Train & Buses ( About 7 hours ). Correspondence Course- Training the above syllabus by E-mail. Lessons and questionnaire will be mailed every 15 days for 6 months. Practical training either at Aurangabad hospital or Mumbai treatment centre at the end is advisable. Teaching Material- A complimentary set of 4 books authored by Prof. Sir Dr. P. B. Lohiya, (namely Acupuncture-Principles & treatment, Essentials of Medical Acupuncture, Advance Acupuncture, Acupressure for self treatment ) will be supplied with either of the courses. A set of self sterile needle box, Cunometer, Seven Star Needle and Moxa will also be provided. Electro-Stimulator can be purchased if desired. |

Additionally the doctor-student will be required to undergo practical training
at Mumbai or Aurangabad for at least a week.
Admission- . Please send the registration form along with 50% of the fees in Advance by a bank draft in favour of Indian Academy of Acupuncture Science, Aurangabad. Rest 50% payable at the time of practical training. Exam will be conducted at the end of practical training, before certification.
As soon as your form and draft are received, the study material will be posted to you immediately. Questionnaires will be sent every fortnight online or by post, as you wish ( online preferable ).
We will correct your answers and guide you. Your doubts will be explained. During practical training you may witness about 60-80 patients per day at any of our centres for 1-2 weeks. Stay & food will be borne by you. We may help in booking a hotel for you.

Indian Govt. has recognized Acupuncture as a Mode of Therapy to be practiced
by Registered Medical Practioners or Appropriately trained personnel
(Order by Central Ministry of Health dated 25th Nov.03) Rules and
regulations laid down by the Indian Govt. will be applicable
to
the doctors undergoing training.
However rules regarding the practice of Acupuncture vary from country to country. Learners are expected to follow the rules of the region where they practice. Our Academy does not hold any legal responsibility for the practice of the learner.
